Bright greenish yellow, silver reflections. With toasty aromas underlay, nuances of lime zest, white stone fruit, delicate blossom honey, a mineral touch, some coconut. Juicy, elegant and light on its feet, gently nutty, refined structure, persistent, youthful and has good length, a salty aftertaste. It has the impression of a Burgundian.
