Slightly smoky, dried meat, candied black cherry, light herbal notes. Mouth-watering soft attack, almost creamy, then a dense, strong tannic impression dominates the mid-palate before chalky-mineral notes dominate. Subtle acidity, broad but rich and coherent structure.
