Elegant, complex bouquet with notes of confit wild berries, sour cherry and dried plum. There are also floral notes, cocoa and a hint of roast jus as well as ethereal, savoury nuances. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, with fresh acidity and aromas of dark berries and some undergrowth. Fine-grained tannins, long finish.
