Tasting Notes
These vineyards face Table Mountain. A touch of reduction still clings to the nose but there also is a hint of tar before blueberry fruit kicks in. The palate is a picture of freshness that is utterly mouth-watering and oh so juicy. Hints of smoke still cling to the fruit while dense, fine tannins lends structure. There are notions of earth and smoke in this lovely, dark berry fruit that make it very alluring. This is juicy and wonderfully bold.
