Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe but not overripe blackcurrant on the nose, quite clear and fresh, cranberry compote. Grainy tannins on the palate, good phenolic ripeness in a dense, well-integrated structure, the acidity appears ripe, the body full and powerful without letting the alcohol stand out too much. Juicy fruit on the finish, accompanied by intense tactile minerality.
