Tasting Notes
Brilliant, light straw yellow. Elegant nose, initially of wild strawberry, mint, grapefruit and a hint of dried lemon zest. Balanced on the palate with crisp fruit, polished core, well-integrated mousse, spreads beautifully and harmoniously over the tongue.
More about the tastingBright, pale straw yellow. Clearly flinty with a hint of matchstick on the nose, shows notes of cantaloupe melon, grapefruit and lime. The palate is very dry and with pronounced acidity, bubbling mousse gives a lot of drive, determined palate throughout.
