Very pale yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the palate, there is a chalky minerality from the clay barrel, with yellow tropical and stone fruit notes, the fermentation was stopped earlier, hence the presence of subtle residual sugar. Well balanced with fine acidity, this is already easy to drink.
