The red wine Don Luigi Molise Rosso DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Di Majo Norante has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Montepulciano from the region Molise in Italy.
Deep ruby red with a black centre. Complex on the nose. Wild and slightly animalistic, with leather and liquorice, backed with dark chocolate and ripe dark berries. Firm on the palate, ample, still somewhat young tannins. Wood flavours well integrated. Powerful and with drive on the palate. Good length. Has certain ageing potential.
