Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Brilliant light gold. Initially there are nuances of cheese rind, hazelnuts, then blood oranges, canned pineapple, fine notes of cold butter on the aftertaste, inviting. The palate is complex and elegant, multi-layered, clear, with a subtle salty undertone, stony, seems very pure, long and expressive.
