Transparent straw yellow with silvery glints. The nose shows lactic hints and stone fruit, somewhat reminiscent of apricot yogurt, whilst sea air and a hint of hazelnut follow. Juicy and tense on the palate, there's a straightforward, animating and refreshing acidity that leads to the salty, long finish.
