Deep dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, aromas of fresh black berry fruit, subtle hints of liquorice, a touch of strawberry and mineral nuances. The palate is juicy with good complexity, elegant and fruity with fine tannins, and subtle notes of fig on the long finish. Potential for further ageing.
