Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant ruby red. Very restrained on the nose, dominated by light savouriness, balsamic and savoury notes. On the palate it shows with a red berry core, rich, gripping tannin, which becomes somewhat broad-meshed at the back, dries out.
