Bright, rich golden yellow. On the nose, ripe Golden Delicious apple with a hint of baked apple, hay, slightly buttery aftertaste, wood. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with a fine smooth texture and a hearty finish, then slightly bitter in the aftertaste, also breaks down a little.
