The prosecco Penombra Prosecco Treviso DOC Brut from the winery Diotisalvi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Rich, bright lemon colour. Ripe red apple and cider pear on the nose, also slightly savoury with bergamot and resin. Open-hearted on the palate, shows explosive mousse, winds its way juicily through the palate, clear, easy to drink, finishes on grapefruit.
