Bright, brilliant salmon pink. Intense red fruit of cherry, redcurrant and rose hip on the nose. A grippy mousse on the palate, medium tension with finely tart, phenolic accents, good acidity. Aromatic, savoury finish of red pepper and grapefruit leads good length.
