Brilliant light gold with green reflections. Delicate aromas of mirabelle plums, preserved citrus fruit, vanilla cream and a hint of lime blossom. Fine mousse. Fruit-driven acidity on the palate and a stimulating saline base. Charming and complex with a savoury, long finish.
