Strong orange gold, subtle edge brightening. Nutty bouquet, a hint of dried fruit and nougat, subtle oxidation spice. Powerful, taut, white core, fine acidity, a sherry-like rancio note on the finish, mineral and persistent, makes a sensible accompaniment to certain dishes, individual, mature style.
