Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Yeast on the nose, balsamic, candied lemon, smoke, closed. The palate begins juicy, with a firm, concentrated acidity and a rather generous phenolic layer, which is placed with care and caution and creates an impression of mineral, oscillating silkiness. The tactile-mineral tinge gives a hint of savouriness to come.
