Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.12.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Preserved cherries on the nose, some cassis, plus nuances of furniture polish and dried herbs. Surprisingly light-footed on the palate with a subtle melt and ripe acidity, fine but present tannins. Finishes on spicy notes, remains slightly drying.
