The white wine Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy AOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Domaine Alain Geoffroy has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region chablis in France.
Bright light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine nuances of lemon and lime, fine honey blossom, a touch of cherry terroir, delicate white tropical fruit and acacia blossom. Elegant and balanced, yellow fruit notes, pleasant acid structure, mineral and persistent, subtle sweetness on the finish. A good, uncomplicated introduction to the world of Chablis.
