The red wine Crozes Hermitage rouge, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Aléofane has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Mercurole in France.
First savouriness. Raisin, bitter chocolate, blueberry compote, ethereal notes. Firm structure, compact tannin but fine in the grain, juicy nerve that seems a little stressed, great certain ageing potential, downright fleshy in style but with the finesse typical of the winery above, very dense mineral notes, grippy with bite, excellent matter.
