Wild spontaneous-fermentation notes meet a powerful black-cherry fruit. The palate structure combines a sweet, almost liqueur-like fruit with fine acidity, ripe, grippy tannins and a deep, tactile minerality typical of AOC wines. Everybody's Darling style, but with style.
