Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby, with an intense nose of beautiful forest berry notes and stony and smoky hints. The nose develops and also shows spicy and floral nuances. The palate is lean and elegant with a nice juiciness and again stony and smoky nuances and a smoky aftertaste. The tannin is vivid, but ripe and juicy and gives the wine a lingering finish. The wine will mature further.
