A delicate salmon pink. Ripe fruit notes of strawberry and rhubarb, plum, and apricot jam, complemented by lavender, white pepper, and herbes de Provence. Dry, powerful, and precise on the palate, with a delicate fruitiness, a mineral vein, and subtle saltiness. Balanced, spicy, and versatile—an excellent accompaniment to food.
