Tasting from 29.11.2021: Peter Moser

Dark garnet, an opaque core, a purple sheen, subtle ochre hued brightening on the rim. Ripe dark forest berries, a hint of peppermint and menthol, a dark minerality, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, black cherries, good freshness, structured, well-integrated tannins, salty and enveloping, good length and with ageing potential.
