Beautiful intensity. Pear notes, pear drop, some lemon balm and mandarin. Light on the palate, pleasant texture, subtle CO2, very restrained, soft acidity. Certain juiciness on the medium-long, rather warm fruity finish. Could be more stimulating to drink.
