Intense, currently somewhat masking barrique notes on the nose. Vanilla, oak, some cigar box, plus nuances of ripe fruit and candied citrus fruits. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a pleasant mellowness and fresh, supportive acidity. Spicy barrique notes on the finish. Juicy finish. A perfect accompaniment to food!.
