Lots of citrus on the nose, with lime and lemon, plus a hint of exotic fruit and white flowers. Taut on the palate, beautiful acidity, pleasantly austere and still very young. Off to the cellar!

Somewhat restrained, elegant bouquet with fine citrus aromas, flint and herbal-spicy hints. Also mirabelle plum and pineapple. Carried on the palate by a beautiful melting texture, straightforward acidity, salty finish.
