Tasting Notes

Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Cherry stone and sweet cherry, with initial ripeness and an intense “Morgonish" character. The palate reveals a structure that combines finesse with density. It delicately mineral-tinged, with controlled fullness and has a tannin that is still developing. Also good, lively acidity. Salty in the finish. Authentic and singular!
