Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2013

Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. Aromas of yellow tropical fruit, underlaid with subtle nuances of coconut, hints of passion fruit and grapefruit zest. Juicy, elegant and pleasantly fruity on the palate, notes of white fruit, balanced by a lively acidic structure, mineral and a persistent salty finish. Shows good length and character. (Indice 2).
