Tasting Notes
At the beginning, open savouriness, cardamom and iron. On the palate a distinctive acid nerve, almost pithy, nevertheless quite a fine structure - straightforward, as the vintage is, but nevertheless immediately engaging, full, juicy, sinewy, piquant. Good food wine.
