Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow. Smoky, delicately nutty nose, hints of lemon, some orange blossom, but also some mocha. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, wonderfully fresh acid structure, citrus fruit again, very complex and with great length. The ACs from Coche start where the premiers never get to with the others.
More about the tastingMedium yellow. Initially a nose of sulphur wood, flint, somewhat scorched, hints of citrus and grapefruit zest, racy. Elegant, freshly structured on the palate, the wood is already well integrated, some oranges, powerful mouthfeel, vegetal and ethereal elements such as fennel, caraway, delicate peppermint, but also lentils, good length, lemony finish, very inviting and already easy to drink.
