Pale yellow; fruity, intense bouquet, diverse aromas: peony, verbena, ripe lemon, white pepper; strong, present acidity on the palate, fruity sweetness, mineral, mirabelle plum, peach, pink pepper; slightly bitter on the finish. Smooth and at the same time still austere wine.
