Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkard

Bright silver, light gold. Fine fruity notes of guava, Mirabelle plum, grapefruit zest and a touch of herbal spice on the nose. Hearty at the start, delicate notes of walnut, supple acidity, fine mousse on the palate. Strong, bitter aftertaste of garrique herbs, with good length. Accompaniment to hearty starters.
