Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 19.02.2021: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

Inviting, ripe aromas, with notes of Rumtopf, plum confit and cassis, subtle herbal and savoury nuances, hints of mint, pink pepper and caramel. Elegant structure on the palate, with ripe acidity, lots of red fruit, finely polished tannins, textured, notes of dried plum and raspberry on the long finish.
