The white wine Perrières, vintage 2017 from the winery Domaine Darviot-Perrin has been rated in 2025 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 98 Falstaff points.
Slightly buttery and also a clear pop corn note, hazelnut, just a hint of wood, with a smoky, burnt note emerging on contact with air. On the palate, the wine has a silky, powerful attack, with firm but integrated acidity, rubbing chalky-mineral notes, a hint of phenolic tartness, full of energy and still extremely young.
