Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Emphatically savoury, ethereal, herbs and garrigue, wild and almost outback-like, menthol. Silky, finely pixelated palate, with juiciness and nerve too, compactly laid out, savoury on the palate too, long homogeneous echo and all with freshness (and even a little, a touch of green piquancy). Sympathetic style.
