Tasting Notes
On the nose cape gooseberry, a touch of reductive character, with red currant, verbena, it seems quite fresh on the nose. A powerful palate, expansive, somewhat restrained, filled with fine-grained but also slightly astringent tannins, with massive alcohol, but also notes of minerality, a fine acidity and good length. It should be left for another two to three years, and it will then be fun for a long time.
