Dark cherry red. Fresh nose with notes of dark cherries and elderberries and leaves, light wild berries. The wine also has a peppery spiciness and herbal notes. Also fresh on the palate with elderberry notes and ripe acidity. Fine but still noticeable tannins. Can continue to age.
