Semi-bitter chocolate, some malt, herbs. Rustic tannins, slightly stemmy, on a soft, supple base, light- bodied sweetness, mineral-tinged juiciness on the finish, full-bodied and fine, emphasising the burgundy structure of a good Grenache.
