Brilliant white gold. Delicately fragrant bouquet of citrus fruit, pineapple, white flowers, plus delicate yeasty notes. Creamy on the palate, juicy acidity, very elegant texture with the finest mousse. On the finish an appealing saltiness which makes you want a second glass.
