Tasting from 24.04.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Medium yellow. Fine foam, lively perlage. Penetrating bouquet with notes of ripe fruit, pineapple, brioche. Powerful attack on the palate, perhaps a little coarse-foamed, full-bodied, round, ripe acidity, aromas of dried fruit. Finishes long, fresh and dry. Beautiful, refreshing Blanc de Blancs (Chardonnay) with melting and finesse, exceptionally good for a Swiss sparkling wine.
