Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Hints of fresh walnut, white apple, delicate smoky savouriness, light notes of tangerine zest and honey blossom, more floral nuances with air. Juicy, white apple, fresh acid arc, light reductive savouriness, mineral and taut, limes in the echo, very stimulating style, pleasant oxidative touch of ripe yellow apple on the finish, salty and persistent, dusty-dry finish.
