Medium yellow-green colour, silver reflections. Delicately smoky herbal savouriness, fine reductive mineral nuances, citrus zest with nutty undertones. Juicy, creamy texture, fresh apple fruit, elegant and very persistent, lemony and drinkable on the finish, white fruit in the aftertaste, shows length, has good development and certain ageing potential.
