Tasting from 29.08.2019: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, lighter rim. In the nose gentle fine oak notes, nice nougat, ripe nuances of cherry, a touch of prune and blackberry confit, subtle violet, attractive bouquet. Juicy, good complexity, nice spiciness, slight Valrhona touch, good acid structure, ripe cherry on the finish, mineral touch, and a salty aftertaste. It has persistent length with certain ageing potential yet is already easy to drink. Available in China from September 2019, in Europe from the beginning of 2020.
