Deep ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Dark minerality, preserved cherry, nuances of plum, dried herbs, a hint of fir branch. Juicy, elegant, red heart cherry, fresh acidity, fine tannins, subtle fruit sweetness, silky-salty finish, red berry and lemon aftertaste, an animating food companion.
