Tasting from 10.10.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Deep ruby garnet with purple reflections and a subtle ochre rim. Delicately savoury on the nose, with dark forest berry fruit, delicate sour cherry and fine wood savouriness of bay leaf, underpinned by dark granite nuances. Juicy, red cherry fruit to the fore on the palate which is powerful and propelled by a fresh, finesse-rich acid structure. The finish is salty, with a red berry aftertaste and a hint of lime. Certain ageing potential.
