Tasting from 25.03.2022: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Initially slightly reductive on the nose. With a little oxygen, notes of confit dark berries, plum confit and cherry. Also hints of malt and dark chocolate. Full-bodied on the palate with dark berry aromas and soft acidity. Fine-grained tannins, long finish.
