100% Syrah from a Sélection Massale. Fresh and fruity: apricot, sweet cherry. Candied orange peel. Elderberry, tarry notes, iron, then also thyme and Garrigue. The palate opens supple, even oily, and then unfolds a strong phenolic impression, which, however, is not astringent and remains in sync with the impression of warm, supple fullness. The acidity is seamlessly integrated into the powerful body, the finish fans out spicy: with notes of dried orange peel, sandalwood, liquorice and pepper, a wine of great originality.
