Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, fine ochre rim brightening. Spicy, black berry fruit, a hint of tobacco and cassis, a hint of suede and oak underneath. Textured, dark nougat, firm tannins, dark plum fruit, mineral on the finish, spicy-salty aftertaste, some asphalt and slate in the aftertaste.
